Pray Lee County & Reach My City
VISION:
Pray Lee County is a grass roots effort to unite the body of Christ, from time to time and season to season, in what they collectively pray to the Lord to advance God’s agenda in a city, region, state or nation. It is the collective voice of pastors, marketplace ministers and intercessors to gather in one voice and posture to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is the Church on it’s knees, praying the Lord’s heart for His purposes on earth as it is in heaven.
Reach My City is a 365 day journey to adopt every street in prayer. This united effort begins with the county seat of Lee County which is Fort Myers. In the city of Fort Myers there are 1,034 streets. The strategy is simple.
Pray for PEACE on the street and to it’s occupants; Pray for RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUSTICE to reign; Pray for PROSPERITY (resources, hope, love of the Father and key relationships) over the street to counter the spirit of poverty; and ask the Lord to reveal to you what else you need to pray for or do to bless the street.
MISSION:
The mission of this website is to give the Church (all believers) the tools and resources they need to support seasonal and long term prayer initiates that will lead to the transformation of cities and nations.
