Establishment of God’s Kingdom-His rule and reign of Love, Justice, Mercy, Excellence and Righteousness over Lee County; Florida; and the United States.
Pray for the Lord’s will to be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
In the past year…in the past few months…in the last month or even the last few days as you watch the government in it’s decision making process, are we better off? Are we more prosperous? Are we as a nation seeking wisdom from above to answer the confusion that is pervasive below?
When wisdom is needed to bless the people; when clarity is needed to combat confusion; when we have exhausted natural, material and intellectual resources and our country and the world are in need of repair and restoration-God’s people pray.
Yesterday, Governor Rick Perry of Texas invited every governor of every state to join him and thousands of others in Reliant stadium in Texas to fast and pray for our nation. This prayer point units our hearts with those thousands of souls seeking God’s favor for our nation, state and region. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Only a government can displace another government. Take your pick, whatever you are seeing in the nation that you don’t agree with in your biblical world view or is causing you spiritual, material or political concern, only God’s government, superimposed over the spiritual forces in heavenly places can bring us the real peace that people desire.
When His peace comes to an area or a nation-people’s eye will be opened and they will see Him for who He is. Confusion keeps people in the dark with blinders fully intact. It is the peace of God that shatters blindness so people can perceive and see the hand of the Lord working in their lives.
That peace requires a response and people will respond-just like you and me-when we recognized the pursuit of God, we stopped running from Him and turned to Him.
So shall it be in the greatest harvest to come…
Prayer point #8 tomorrow…and tomorrow we begin 51 days of prayer…
