Why share your testimony?

Sharing our testimony one of the ways that we continue to overcome the enemy.  “And they defeated him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the their testimony; and they did not love their lives so much that were afraid to die” (Revelation 12:11, NLT).  Every time one shares what God has done in his life, his faith is strengthened.  When we share our testimony, it encourages others to believe in God and also receive His promises.  “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses” (I Timothy 6:12).

And sharing our testimony of what God has done is a means of worship.  “And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,  And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?   There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.   And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole” (Luke 17:16-19).  The one who stopped to worship is remembered to this day.   Don’t be one of the other nine.   Share your testimony today!
